🔄 Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or clearance items.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care, hygiene, or innerwear products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
💳 COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your UPI or bank details to process the refund.
📦 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. Contact us before sending any product back.
